What is something others do that sparks your admiration?

My admiration comes from the people around me who have businesses either in tech industry or retail or services. When I see them buying SUVs and expensive cars and enjoy their lives, it gives me a spark. I feel like moving out of my current stagnant job and do a business that will thrive one day.
